Royal Cauldon Melody pattern vintage bone china 21 piece tea set. c.1952

A beautiful tea set consisting of six, teacups, saucers and tea or side plates, a milk jug and sugar bowl and a cake or sandwhich plate.

Decorated with a pink and white lily style flower and green foliage.

The rims are scallop shaped which is particulary noticable on the teacups and the milk jug and sugar bowl, and the whole set is finished with gold gilding.

Footed teacups with scroll handles 9cm wide at the rim x 7.25cm tall.

Saucers 14.5cm wide. Tea Plates 18cm wide.

Half pint Milk Jug and a Sugar bowl 11cm wide at the rim x 6.75cm tall.

Cake or Sandwich serving plate with gold decorated ear handles 25.5cm  x 24cm including the handles.
