New Chelsea Emperor pattern vintage serving plate.
This cake plate was made in England circa 1930s from fine bone china. Featuring a colourful floral pattern with hand painted flowers over transfer print. Framed by a stylised border and classical scroll outer border around the edge with scattered flowers. Gold around the rim.
Size 22cm x 24.5cm.
