Wedgwood Corinthian Embossed Border Kirkstone Pattern 27.5cm Plate. C.1950

A fabulous cream coloured plate with an embossed Corinthian border - in the style of classical ancient Greece and Rome and a hand painted central floral design in vibrant colours.

Kirkstone pattern hand painted design

Made in England by Wedgwood. U.S.A. Design Patent No. 109.536. Impressed date stamp 8 F 50 - 8th February 1950.

In extremely good condition with a lovely bell like ring when tapped and just a tiny rub to the raised rim around the floral centre.
