A beautiful vintage bone china teacup, saucer & tea plate trio. c.1937

The floral pattern on a cream background is of a pink Tudor rose for England, a blue thistle for Scotland, a yellow daffodil for Wales and green shamrock for Northern Ireland.
A green & yellow leaf border runs along both the inside and outside of the teacup rim.
The 9.5cm wide x 6cm tall teacup is a double bowl shape with a gold gilded foot and gold bands which emphasize the bowl shapes. The beautiful shaped handle has gold gilding along the sides and face.
The matching 14cm wide saucer and 18cm wide tea or side plate have the rim pattern on the upper side.
