Royal Stafford art deco period vintage cake plate c.1930s.
Featuring a pretty and vibrant red and lilac floral design with green leaves and turquoise scrolls. Hand painted enamel. A 'crazy-paved' pattern with lilac flowers around the edge and gold around the rims.
White enamelling and gold detail on the cake plate 'ear' handles.
The cake plate measures 23 x 25.5cm. approx.
Royal Stafford. Guaranteed English Bone China. Made in England by Thomas Poole, Longton, Staffordshire Potteries. Date c.1929-40.
