Royal Albert Old Country Roses first edition tea or coffee pot.
A white bone china body with a scalloped edge and fluting. A tall elegant spout and curved handle with hand painted gold details. Classic Old Country Roses pattern with delightful pink, red and yellow roses and stippled gold gilding.
The roses design is featured on the spout. The lid has a 'pineapple' shaped finial.
Capacity 2 pints. At the base of the spout there are straining holes suitable for coffee, loose tea leaves or tea bags.
In excellent condition with just a little wear to the gilding on the lid. A first quality teapot.
