An ornate, oval shape teapot with elegant curves. A scrolled handle and an graceful swirl finial on the lid. Featuring a pretty flower blossom design in shades of soft white and pink and delicate green leaves. The base of the teapot has four feet decorated with gold. Gold gilding to the rim and gold details on the spout, lid and handle.
Capacity 2 imperial pints, or just over one litre. Sufficient to fill eight standard size vintage teacups.
There are straining holes at the base of the spout for use with loose tea leaves or tea bags. A lip inside the lid holds it securely whilst pouring.
