Delivery Charges
PLEASE NOTE: Before you confirm your order please check that you have selected the correct delivery service for your requirements.
U.K. Standard Delivery takes 5-7 WORKING days.
U.K. Express Delivery takes 24-48 hours. If we receive your order before 12 noon on a weekday we will try our very best to dispatch the same day. Express delivery does not include Saturdays. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us directly to place your order.
There is the option to specify a different delivery address from your billing address when you are checking out.
We process all orders within 12 hours so if you need to change anything you need to contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Please Note: ALL courier deliveries other than Standard UK require a telephone number.
Couriers will not accept a booking if no telephone number is available.

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
Place your item(s) into the shopping basket and select the country for delivery to view the shipping costs.
STANDARD DELIVERY - Goods will be dispatched the next working day. All deliveries are tracked. If you need your purchase to arrive quickly please select the EXPRESS DELIVERY option.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The U.K. includes Northern Ireland but excludes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
- Isle of Man when checking out please choose ISLE OF MAN and not UK for your shipping.
- Hebrides, Shetlands (Postcodes HS, ZE) these postcodes may incur a small additional charge.
- Channel Islands When checking out please choose GUERNSEY or JERSEY and not UK for your shipping.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - All deliveries are tracked and a signature is required.
- U.K. Express Delivery - Items weighing 1kg to 3kg will be £10: Items weighing 4kg to 10kg will be £12.50: Items weighing above 10kgs will be £25 and posted via Interparcel Express. Items purchased up to 12 noon Monday to Friday, we will do our very best to dispatch the same day. Items purchased after 12 noon will be dispatched the NEXT working day. Purchases made between 12 noon Friday and 12 noon Monday will be dispatched on the Monday. Please note: 24 hour delivery applies from the time of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS
WE CAN ONLY SEND PARCELS WEIGHING UP TO 2 KG TO PO BOX ADDRESSES
Goods will be dispatched the next working day.
International Deliveries (Including Channel Islands)
- Goods weighing up to 2kgs will be posted via Royal Mail International Signed For Small Parcels.
- Goods weighing over 2kgs will be sent by an international courier service. Delivery takes between 2 - 5 days. Shipping prices are dependant upon weight and volume. Our shipping costs are estimated quotations to international destinations.
- OUR SHIPPING PRICE PROMISE TO YOU: If you decide to go ahead and place your order before contacting us we will pack and weigh your order and if we can ship for less than the shipping charge you have paid we will refund you the difference.
